1. Inspection trips- For customers who have chosen to look at our properties, we provide fully organized viewing trips which may include airport pickup, booking accommodation and visiting of properties of your selection or recommended by our agents. For more information please follow the link
2. Legal consulting and company registration - For all legal matters concerning the purchasing of a property in Bulgaria, our solicitors will act in your behalf so that the process is as hassle free for you as possible. The fee for setting up a Bulgarian limited company, including all government, court, solicitor, etc. taxes and fees and translations
is 500 EUR.
3. Accounting services and financial/ tax advice - For all financial matters having to do with your newly acquired property in Bulgaria, our accountants are at hand. They will inform you in advance of the main issues you need to familiarize yourself with prior to and during the actual purchasing of your property in Bulgaria. Our service includes submitting of your company’s annual tax returns, correspondence with the institutions in charge, keeping you informed on the exact amount of the annual taxes due for your property, actual payment of taxes. For this service
we charge 100E and this fee doesn’t include the actual amount of your taxes. These should be paid separately by you and we will engage to inform you of their exact amount by presenting an official receipt issued by the Tax Office.
4. AFTER-SALE services - after you acquire your new property in Bulgaria, we won’t leave you alone to deal with all things which a property owner has to sort out. We realize how difficult it could be for you to start your new life in a foreign country of unfamiliar culture and language. We’ll advise you and help you to adapt to the Bulgarian lifestyle as painlessly and smoothly as possible.
Our AFTER-SALE services include:

5. Refurbishing and Renovation/ Planning and Construction Work - if you wish to purchase an old, neglected or dilapidated property which could be renovated or totally rebuilt, we are ready to assist you with our building brigade of professional, experienced builders. They can come to your place, make an assessment of all necessary repairs and compile a comprehensive price list. According to this you can choose whether all or only the most urgent tasks should be done and your order will be handled efficiently and professionally within fixed time scales and without any unnecessary delays.
With us there are no unexpected or hidden costs and you will only be paying according to what has been arranged and negotiated prior to the actual construction works!
7. Property Maintenance - you worry that you won’t be living permanently in your Bulgarian home? Don’t! We will arrange this for you. Your property can be kept an eye on, regularly aired and the garden maintained.
The fee for this service is individually negotiated.
8. Property Security and Safety - we can help you secure your property so that while you are away you won’t be concerned about its safety. You can ensure your property, supply it with video monitoring and alarm system, SOT( private security police) or engage a person who will be keeping an eye on it. There are various precautions that can be taken and we’ll help you find the best option for your property.
9. Interior design and furnishing - you wish to furnish your property and you need advice on prices and brands? We’ll take you to the best shops offering wide varieties of brands, quality and prices and you’ll be able to pick up the furnishing of your home among a range of choices. 10. Landscaping - We can provide you with landscaping specialists who will be able to arrange and plant your garden.
11. Property Valuation - you wish to resell your property but are uncertain of the current market prices and trends?
